This page describes the website management principles with respect to the processing of users' personal data. 
This privacy statement complies with the provisions of art. 13 of L.D. no. 196/2003 - Personal data protection code  for people interacting with our company's web services, accessible  via computer at the following address:

The privacy statement relates only to this website and not to any other websites that may be visited  through links.
The statement also applies Recommendation no. 2/2001, which European authorities for the protection of personal data of the Group established byart. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, have adopted on 17 May 2001, to identify the minimum requirements for online collection of  personal data, and, in particular, the methods, time and nature of the information that data controller must provide to users when they access their webpage, regardless of the reason for which they are connecting to it.


After consultation of this site, data relating to persons, identified or not identified, may be used.
The data controller is FLO S.p.A., in the person of their legal pro-tempore representative.


The data processing connected with the services of this website is carried out in the company's offices only by technical personnel of the department in charge of processing, or by personnel occasionally hired to perform maintenance operations.
No data obtained through our web services is communicated or broadcast.
The personal information provided by users who forward requests for information material (slips, Cdrom, catalogues, price lists, answers to questions, various documents, etc.) is used only to perform the service or fulfil the request.


Navigation data

The information systems and software procedures required for the proper functioning of this site will acquire, during normal operation, some personal information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their own nature they could enable identification of the users, through processing and associations with data held by third parties.
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code for status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and the information environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on website use and to check that is functioning properly and are immediately deleted after processing). Data could be used to ascertain  responsibility in case of computer fraud against the website: otherwise, data onweb contacts will not be retained for more than seven days.
